"MILAN" RACE 2026 Regulations

ORGANIZING AND REGULATORY COMMITTEE
The Organizing Committee of the event is composed of: Arthur, Leo Sauin.

Organization and Regulation of the Races.
Involved Personnel

  1. In addition to the Organizing Committee, the cup will include the Timekeeper and Race Director Marcelo Camargo and an assistant timekeeper.

  2. Before starting activities on track, the Driver must:
    2.1. Complete and pay the registration fee;

  3. Technical Inspection
    3.1. It will be carried out at the end of each valid race, according to the order requested by the Race Director. It will also be carried out in the event of a protest filed by any participating Driver.

  4. Number of Participants
    Each round will be limited to up to 22 cars per category, and registrations and payments must be completed at least 10 days in advance.

  5. Drivers’ Stand and Pit Positions
    5.1. The order on the drivers’ stand for the finals will follow the qualifying positions, with the pole position going up first and the others consecutively in order. For heats and semi-finals, positions are free choice.

  6. Timing Sensors (Transponder)
    6.1. It is the Driver’s responsibility to install the sensor in a safe location with no aluminum/carbon parts between it and the track, as these reduce its efficiency.
    6.2. The race will only be stopped in the event of a “general” system failure. If failures occur in up to 3 cars, it will not be considered a system problem and the race will be deemed valid.
    6.3. Personal Transponder: The Driver may install it anywhere on the car.
    6.4. The timing department must test the transponders before the start and at the end of race day activities.

  7. Location and Date of the Race
    7.1. The track used will be Jundiaí. The event will take place on March 14 and 15, 2026.

  8. Additional Information

Limited to 22 cars per category.

The event will always be held on Saturdays and Sundays when there are Round of 16, Quarterfinals or Semi-finals. If there is no semi-final grid, the track will be open for non-timed free practice on Saturday and all racing will take place only on Sunday.

If rain is forecast for Sunday and weather conditions are good on Saturday, the race may be moved forward with prior notice.

LIGHT CATEGORY:

Each year, drivers wishing to enter or remain in the Light category will be evaluated by the organizing committee based on the following technical criteria, in order to classify them into 2 Groups for leveling purposes.

  • LIGHT

  • SUPER LIGHT

The criteria will be:

  • Experience in 1/5 competitions and other categories;

  • Technical knowledge;

  • Driving level;

  • Previous year competition results;

  • Time classification for grid division defined by the Race Director.

Light and Super Light will run separate heats and finals. Only if there is not enough grid will they run together.

SCHEDULE.

SATURDAY:
TIMED FREE PRACTICE IN THE MORNING
11:00 to 17:00 – QUALIFYING HEATS.

There will be 3 qualifying Heats, with a limit of 10 cars on track per group.

The PRO driver who sets the fastest lap among the 3 heats advances directly to the final.

PRO: From 2nd to 5th fastest drivers among the 3 heats will compete in the Super Pole, where each driver will have 5 minutes to set their best lap. The starting order will be descending from 5th to 2nd. The driver with the fastest time will qualify directly to the final in 2nd position.

Group classification for SEMI-FINAL A or B will be determined by the fastest times in Saturday’s timed free practice.

SUNDAY:
9:00 – Free practice separated by category
10:00 – PRO Semi-Finals A and B
11:00 – Super Light Semi-Finals (if applicable, same criteria as PRO except Super Pole)
13:00 – Light Final
14:00 – Super Light Final
15:00 – PRO Final

The starting order in the semi-finals will be based on the fastest laps recorded by the drivers in the 3 Heats, as follows:

Semi A – 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st
Semi B – 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd

The top 4 drivers from each semi-final advance to Final A.

Drivers who do not qualify for the final will run a repechage race with 2 spots available for the final.

Semi-finals: 20 minutes without fuel tank inspection.
Light and Super Light Final: 20 minutes without fuel tank inspection.
PRO Final: 30 minutes with fuel tank inspection.

Championship Final.
Prizes are repeated, with medals for all other participants who do not receive a trophy.

  1. Registration and Payments
    Registrations must be completed and paid as informed in the CORRIDAS 1:5 group.

Pro Category: R$280.00
Light and Super Light Category: R$200.00
Competing in both Pro and Super Light: R$420.00

  1. Time-Out Request
    A ten (10) minute time-out may be requested by any driver only in the semi-final and final. The time-out may only be requested once in each of these STAGES.

The driver who requests time will start from the last grid position and their previous position will remain empty.

  1. Technical Regulations for the PRO Category (Light/Super Light free setup)
    12.1. Only engines up to 23cc, two (2) stroke, up to four (4) ports, no nitro and no turbo are allowed;
    12.1.2. An air filter must be installed at the carburetor intake. The carburetor air intake (venturi) may have a maximum diameter of 13mm.
    12.2. Single-speed transmission only;
    12.3. All types of pipes are allowed (respecting noise limits), but only pipes with muffler (silencer) will be accepted;
    12.4. All cars must have at least one (1) operational braking system capable of stopping the car and a clutch system capable of keeping the car stationary with the engine running without brake application.
    12.5. Bodies: must be Touring type (Sedan, Coupe) or LMGT3 (Porsche, Corvette, Ferrari, etc.), in two (2) and four (4) door versions;
    12.5.1. “Prototype” bodies are not allowed.
    12.5.2. The body must be made of flexible material and properly painted. Windows must be transparent, semi-transparent or painted in contrasting colors.
    12.5.3. All 4 windows may be opened on 4-door bodies. On 2-door bodies, only the two front windows may be opened, respecting window size, except the windshield which may only have a minimal opening for the receiver antenna if necessary. The rear windshield may also be opened.
    12.5.4. No aerodynamic modifications or adjustments of any kind are allowed inside the body (no aerodynamic performance kits).
    12.5.5. Rear Wing:
    12.5.5.1. Height: may not exceed roofline and maximum 60mm from trunk lid.
    12.5.5.2. Width: may not exceed body sides or extend beyond rear body line when viewed from above.
    12.5.5.3. Single-plane only (no multiple wings).
    12.5.5.4. Front bumper must follow body contour and be made of foam rubber or flexible plastic to minimize impact damage.
    12.6. No part of the car may extend beyond the body when viewed from above;
    12.6.1. Exception: rear tires due to toe angle may partially appear.
    12.7. Receiver antenna must be flexible. Carbon, GRP, steel, etc. are not allowed;
    12.8. Minimum weight (without fuel): 10 kg; maximum: 12 kg.
    12.9. Electronic gyroscopes are not allowed.
    12.10. Fuel tank maximum capacity: 700ml.
    12.11. Only one (1) engine and one (1) chassis per driver allowed during the championship, subject to inspection at any time. Engine internal parts may not be replaced. In case of engine breakage (only breakage), replacement is allowed and the driver will start last. Lack of power/compression is not valid reason. Broken engine retained for inspection.
    12.12. Note: The race direction may conduct inspections at any time.

  2. Fueling Procedure for the Final

The driver must bring the car with an empty tank.
A graduated cylinder will be filled with 700ml of the driver’s fuel by the inspector.
Fueling order: descending grid order.
After fueling, cars must remain in the designated shaded area and may not undergo any procedure that increases fuel quantity. Violation results in elimination.

  1. Starting Procedure

For all finals and sub-finals, warm-up begins 3 minutes before start time.
At 22 seconds before start, cars are called to grid.
Time-out only allowed before grid call.
After alignment, formation lap is announced.
No contact allowed during formation lap.
3 seconds after all cars are aligned, a 10-second countdown begins. Start may be given anytime after 4 seconds via sound signal.
If grid is incorrect, responsible driver receives drive-through penalty.

  1. Penalties

Penalties may include: Warning, Drive-Through, Stop and Go (10s), Disqualification, Elimination.

15.1 Warning – For misconduct not affecting others. Second warning = drive-through.
15.2 Drive-Through – For gaining advantage, hindering race, unsafe behavior. Second = Stop and Go.
15.3 Stop and Go – 10 seconds in pit. Maximum 4 per GP; 5th = elimination.
15.4 Disqualification – For non-compliance with technical rules or unsportsmanlike conduct.
15.5 Disqualification from Event – For 5 Stop and Go penalties, breaking seals, using non-sealed engine/chassis, physical aggression, etc.

It is FORBIDDEN for drivers to extend body or radio beyond the stand railing during heats, causing visual obstruction.

Marshaling

Group C marshals for Group B
Group B marshals for Group A
Group A marshals for Group C in their respective categories
If no Group C, alternation between A and B
Sunday will have hired marshals.

  1. Final Considerations

These regulations apply to the Milão 2026 Race edition. The Organizing Committee has final authority over interpretation and application. Decisions are final and binding.
